Chiropractic is about Connection.

Every aspect of the natural world is inter-connected.
Our brains are connected to every single cell, tissue and organ in our body.
Our bodies are intricately connected to our environment.
Humans are deeply connected to each other.

Your nervous system

The connection between our body, our environment, and the people around us, occurs through our brain and nervous system.
We live every single aspect of our lives though our nervous system.
So it makes sense that the quality of our life, is entirely dependent on the health of our nervous system.

How chiropractic care impacts your body health

Located in the joints of our spine are vital nerve receptors that constantly send messages to our brain. If our spine isn’t functioning properly, the communication between our body and brain is interrupted and we adapt more poorly to stress, which may lead to a range of health concerns.

How it works?

Initial Consultation

Your first visit will include a review of your health history and a thorough examination to determine if we are the right people to help you with your health concerns.

If we’re not the best fit, we can refer you to the appropriate person best suited for your care.

Intensive Phase

If we feel we can help, we give you options for how to start the process of restoring healthy movement patterns to your spine. Encouraging these healthy new movement habits takes time and repetition.

Depending on the extent of your health concerns, we usually see you more regularly in the intensive phase, usually once or twice per week.

Corrective Phase

Having started the process of improving movement patterns of your spine in the relief phase, the corrective phase ensures the continued healing of the soft tissue structures that take longer to heal.

Wellness Care

Most of our clients have a regular check-up once every two, three or four weeks, depending on their lifestyle, their needs and their goals.
